Want support for your mat conversation?

I’m a warm, encouraging resource—dedicated to helping you experience a conversation that is supportive, attuned, and nurturing.
Via Zoom, I’ll give you and your partner gentle prompts that help you translate and express your experience in ways that support your connection, using the Connection System featured in the Building a Lasting Connection couple’s workshop.
Although working together is not therapy, I abide by the ethical standards of therapeutic relationships.

The proprietary Connection System featured in Building a Lasting Connection® is used to practice secure attachment conversations.
The Connection System includes:
- 1 – 8 x 4 foot double-sided conversation floor mat
- 1 – 8.5 x 11 inch double-sided conversation touch mat
- 2 – workbooks with preparation exercises, cheat sheets, example conversations, conversation starters, and experiential activities.
The quality of our relationships is determined by the WAY we share, WHAT we share, and HOW we listen.
For guided practice using your Connection System, sign up for Building a Lasting Connection – Start Now or scroll down for facilitated couple’s mat work.
